MAINTENANCE REQUEST
For general maintenance requested please complete & submit the form below providing as much information of the repairs as possible. Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen by the end of the following business day.
If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. The cost will be debited from the tenant’s rental account after 30 day notice.
As per your lease agreement the method of access by a tradesman to your property is by use of management keys. They will call your prior to attending on the number you have supplied above.
In the event of an urgent repair ring our office immediately and we shall attend to your problem as quickly as possible. If it is outside business hours then you should take what ever action is necessary to protect your goods and the property from further damage.
If you have an emergency repair – in the first instance contact the office on 02 9913 2101. If you are unable to get in touch with an agent, refer to your lease for our emergency repariers as the owner of your property may have a preferred repairer. If you have no luck contacting these repairers, please contact:

VACATE NOTICE
Vacate Notice
Please print out and complete the Vacate Notice below should you decide to end your lease. Minimum 21 days’ notice is required if you are on a Periodic (past your Fixed Term lease end date) lease OR minimum 14 days’ notice is required to the end of your Fixed Term lease.
Your notice can be handed to a staff member in our office, or posted/placed in our office mail box. Our mail box is located on the external of our building, west side of the driveway on Waterloo St clearly marked Shop 2, Drake Real Estate. Emailed notices are not accepted.
Serving Notice
Your vacate notice will be valid when served in accordance with the guidelines in the Department of Fair Trading Fact sheet below. Please read the Fact Sheet prior to submitting your notice.
