Martha was not just a phone call away but would meet you in person to help. She listened and responded to all your concerns and kept us well informed of negotiations with prospective buyers. She is genuinely friendly with a warm personality. It was obvious she would do a good job of selling our house, knowing the local market well as she lived nearby and taking pride in doing her job as an agent well. She was respectful and honest in her dealings with us. She was a good listener and always followed up with any business in person, with emails and phone calls...and that was not easy with 4 of us legally owning the house. Over the year before the sale she helped me enormously by putting me in touch with tradesmen to do the final touches in presenting the house. Many thanks Martha, we are very pleased to have met you.

She went above and beyond in every step of the process, from dealing with tenants to preparing the house for sale, to the sale itself. She sold the house before auction for a price we are thrilled with. She is honest, reassuring, easy to communicate with and generous with her time. Even our conveyancer loves her, and he doesn't like real estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Martha again, and will be recommending her to anyone who will listen.
