We had been living in our North Narrabeen home for around 5 years when a good interstate job prospect came up. We intended to let the place out for maybe 2 years. This included periodic property inspections, reports, alerting us to maintenance issues and then getting these resolved for us, and finding good new tenants when tenants moved out. The house was in great shape when we returned, and based on inspection reports and discussions with neighbours since returning, we know that our place was well looked after.

The main things that Drake Real Estate did for us while we were away was to ensure that the place was well looked after, had constant rental income and most importantly, ensured that renting out our house never felt like something that we had to worry about.
