We have had a few dealing in real estate in the past so when deciding to sell our own home and having to consider the many potential agents, agencies and sales systems it was a little daunting.

Thankfully we already knew an agent that could do the job for us.  When we called John Drake to come and have a chat with us it seemed like nothing was too much to ask.  He explained exactly what we needed to do, both with the home and the marketing, and as expected, he achieved the result we were hoping for.

We consider most agents offer similar things to Drake, but we wanted John because of his local knowledge and ability to effectively engage with buyers that would make the difference in our sale.

Recently I sought the services of John at Drake Real Estate in Narrabeen to sell my property in Elanora Heights.

Selling your biggest asset is always a daunting task, but with the current financial climate this could be even more difficult.

The sale occurred following the unfortunate passing of my father, and Damian was very sensitive to this.  He was prompt in his replies to any queries we had, and telephoned us regularly to keep us updated on the progress of the sale.  He was always polite, warm, and understanding, and it was solely due to his sensitivity at that traumatic time that the sale of the family home was logistically and emotionally painless.  In addition to this, he achieved what I believe to be the top price for an apartment in the block, further alleviating any pain we might feel about selling the family home.
