As founder and Principal of the business, John Drake possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing all facets of Residential Real Estate from sales through to property management and related advisory services. From apartments to substantial seaside homes, his negotiation technique combines an empathic and compassionate nature with a “no-nonsense” approach, a style which stands him apart. Communicating with people on many levels and handling complex negotiations ensures the path traveled to achieve a premium sale price is smooth and uncomplicated. During his 10 years of real estate transactions and relationship building he has built a superior network of purchasers, vendors, developers and investors. Training and additional study in Real Estate is very important to John. As an added security for his clients, he has successfully completed his Real Estate License and continues to attend ongoing training workshops and seminars in order to remain abreast of the changes within the industry. He is deeply involved with community organisation such as the Surf Club, local pre-school and primary school and even fits in a bit of tennis when the opportunity presents.
